I ordered a free shipment of garcia cambogia. They stated $2.99 would be charged for shipping and if I canceled within 3 days then no further shipments would come. I checked my account on Wednesday and saw a charge pending for $159. I was extremely upset and contacted the phone number 888-373-3911 and was advised that the order needed to be canceled within 3 days. I advised her that Ihad not received the order and she stated I suggest you contact the post office since you only have 14 days to return it or I would not receive my money back. She was very nasty and I was very uncomftable with everything after speaking with her. I immediately called my financial institution and canceled my card and filed a fraud case as I only authorized the $2.99 from my account. As soon as I received the product which had no company name on the package or on the bank information. I returned the item unopened by 3 day express to meet the 14 day return policy which cost me $35. I waited for my refund which never came. I called again today for them to tell me that they received the item back however I needed an RMA in order to return the product, therefore I am not eligible for a refund. I was very upset and requested a supervisor who stzted no refund however they can send me the product back. I stated, "so I can call back for the RMA andreturn it again". She then afvised they would not accept the product back. I advised her that I had filed a dispute with my financial institution and SHE HAD THE NERVE TO STATE THAT I WAS COMMITTING FRAUD!
