I was responding to a Craigslist add selling tickets to the Drake Concert. The person indicated that they are going to school at UVic and therefore would not be able to come to Vancouver to give the tickets. They requested that I transfer half of the money to them prior to transferring the tickets into my name via ticketmaster and the remainder would be transferred after. I indicated that I would not be willing to transfer $140 (I was looking to purchase 2 tickets at $140 each) but I would be willing to transfer $80 up front. I began talking to a girl named Rhianna Janelle Wiebe who provided me with a picture of her ID (BC ID). Later, her "boyfriend" indicated that he was texting on her behalf and provided his ID (Amritjot Singh Randhawa - BC ID).

They provided me with their banking information for the account to which the funds could be transferred (info which I still have available) and when transferring the funds I was able to confirm the name of the account holder which was Amritjot Singh Randhawa which agreed to the name on the identification they had provided me. Upon transferring the funds, they did not respond and tickets were not provided.
