"The status of your recent orders is shown below. Click 'View Order' to see complete details. WE PROCESS ORDERS MANUALLY, and it may in some cases take 1-5 BUSINESS days, for your orders to be processed. Your order status will show AWAITING PAYMENT until we have processed your order. Once it has been processed, we shall update the order status to the AWAITING SHIPMENT status."
It has passed way more than 5 days since they changed my status to "AWAITING SHIPMENT" after I cleared my payment on 27th October 2013.
I did try to contact them to ask about the status, but to no avail. So I filed in a complain to their site and asking for a refund instead, but there's still no reply.
