A couple days after I made the order, I found out this was a "free trial," not a free sample. I emailed the company, where I thought the purchase was made, informing them I did not want the product. I received an email back stating returns cannot be arranged through email, I'll need to wait until I get the product and call. Today, I call. They don't have any info on file for me. They say it's not their product. Opened up the package and found another number to call. This guy, "RON" couldn't find me either. After a couple minutes searching, I was finally located in their system. I'm told the 14 days was from the date of order - not date shipped or received; and now I cannot return the unopened product. This is not defined in the terms, as I was told on the phone it was. Currently getting more and more angry as I await a call back from a supervisor. I have no idea how much I'm out for - my CC has not yet even been charged! And now, reviewing the fine print, there's a 9.95 restocking fee!?!?! This just gets more and more insane!!
