Hi,
This was third time strike I was screwed by a chinese company who's selling through www.alibaba.com (and alibaba.com never did anything about it, and let these companys continues scamming people/companies).
They claim they have huge amount of garment in stock. After bank wire them money for sample, they suddenly have no stock and have to get it from other companies (and this will take a week they say). When I threaten with police after a week without any shipping to me ... they gave me a fake tracking number to FedEx. After 48 hrs complaints it starts all over again, they gave me a new shipping number. Day after that they say some of their new employees did the mistake, and they will again that day send a new shipping .... and so on until you tell them to buzz off (when you realize it is scam, they just delay everything and making you deep inside wish to get that sample money back).
Anyway guys... this is typical chinese business on internet today. It happened to me five times during last 2 yrs, after approx. 15 purchases/contacts with chinese companys in the garment industry. I am CEO of my own company and have done business for 22 yrs. Chinese comapnys are by far the worst shit people I've ever delt with in all my life ... HUGE RED FLAGG, WARNING, STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T KNOW THEM.

On November 7th, Marius Wabnik asked us do him a favor for purchasing Brand Scarf in China. He would like to take as sample for further orders, Marius Wabnik said.
On November 7th morning, we got the partial deposit; On the afternoon, we send Marius Wabnik the package and provide Marius Wabnik the national tracing code.
(The package have to go Hongkong for international delivery as it has packed with sensitive goods:Scarf with Brand)
From next day (November 8th) on, Marius Wabnik starts to complaining and complaining, (Inappropriate Content Removed). Never stop in each of his mails.
Marius Wabnik has totally no patience to his business partner! Or could say, Marius Wabnik acted like a alcoholic, and does NOT want to do business at all!
November 13th, Marius Wabnik asked for refund and starts to abuse our company on the web!
We have been in business for years.Personally I have quite a lot swedish friends. They are totally acting totally opposite kind of person!
I am wondering Mr. Marius Wabnik, Are you really swedish!
