The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists

Company charges $140 for a ESTA visa which only costs $14 from the official goverment website.
It is a deliberate attempt to deceive people, who quickly submit a form for the Visa, who do not notice the $140 total fee.
Stay well clear.
I emailed the company and I had some checky response saying they provide a service which the goverment officail website does not......
