I purchased a package valued at $us 499.00 with promise of website and training of management of the site, hosting and domain name. The site was provided with brief "walk through" training, site and Name. I was then further contacted and offered a further "add on" of over $us5000.00 to make the site viable. I stated that I did not want to lay out more money for this. I eventually was persuaded when the company rep promised that if I had not recouped my outlay within 3 months, they would "work my program for me." I paid a further $us3900.00" ($nz5000.00) - receipts and emails - Charlie McCombs. Training eventually started with a brief walk through, then nothing. I lodged several emails and toll calls to the company, no return contact made. I lodged my initial complaint with you about September 2013, then the company contacted me again. A further period of about and hours training followed, and the opportunity to view some videos on "youtube" re the word press site training. A few ads were placed on the site, then removed.
I have again made several toll calls to the office and sent emails as well. None have been acknowledged in any way.
I would be grateful if you can help me with my efforts to have my payments recouped.
