I did a survey on kijiji on October 24 2013.They offered a free bottle of the Garcinia Cambogia as a thank you.When transfered to the site, it said I would be charged $2.95,I recieved an email confirming that amount.

On the 28th of October, I got my credit card statement showing a charge of $179.40. I called immediatley, they said I could not cancel it, but when it arrived in, I could send it back for a full refund,or keep the order and they would refund me 50%. I explained I wanted to cancel.

I sent several emails and made numerous phone calls to thier customer care asking when it was shipped, how long it would take and inquiring as to whenI would be recieving it. No one could answer me.

After 20 days, I finally recieved it. November 12/13,and called right away, sent emails also to say I was returning it.Now they say I only had 14 days to return it. There are 3 different mailing addresses so I called asking for a return address.

I have been advised that I can return it, however i am not going to get a refund. They went on about policies. I asked to speak to a manger or superviser, and no one was available for over 25 minutes.

I am so dicussted with thier service, via phone and email...i have never delt with such unhelpful,rude people in my life.

This is nothing but a rip off, scam , and it sickens me
