My mother has been continuously writing checks in the amount of $20 and $25 to various initials. Each one is endorsed and cashed by pacnet services ltd waco tx. We have removed her from all legitimate clearinghouse enterprises, but these are not legitimate and thus have no opt out. she has dementia and is not able to understand that each check is going to line the pockets of scammers. They are shrewd because they ask for small amounts and promise big bucks for an elderly person - this works all too well. They are despicable predators.
