"I recently won a bid on wippy.com/za, but have been asked to submit a signed for “Credit Card Authorization Form & ID Verification”. I need to confirm that I am not signing up for a Gold membership comes with a flat membership fee of £ 34.99 every month by submitting this above mentioned form.
Can you please confirm this before I send you my signed form in order to collect my item won in the bid"

Dear Customer Support
"Despite my previous email, I have been charged R 528.29. You have not been authorised to withdraw any funds from my bank account. I HAVE NOT sent you a Credit Card Authorization.
I highly demand a refund for this amount back into my account. I wait for your reply."
