ON NOVEMBER 16TH, 2013 I RECEIVED AN EMAIL GIVING ME A FEW FREE TOKENS TO BID ON AN ITEM LISTED ON ZBIDDY. THE ITEM WAS A $10 WALMART GIFTCARD. I BID $0.03 AND WON THE CARD. AS I WAS PROCESSING THE DEBIT CARD, THE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY CHARGED ME TWO SEPERATE CHARGES OF $79.03 EACH FOR A TOTAL OF $168.06. I IMMEDIATELY TRIED TO CONTACT THEM VIA LIVE CHAT BUT "NO REPRESENTATIVES WERE AVAILABLE" SO I HAD TO LEAVE AN EMAIL MESSAGE. I LEFT SIX MESSAGES AND TO THIS DATE NOT ONE OF THEM HAS BEEN ANSWERED. I CONTACTED MY BANK AND BECAUSE IT WAS A DEBIT CARD ALL I COULD DO WAS BEGIN A CHARGE DISPUTE. THIS OF COURSE, DOES NOTHING FOR THE FACT THAT THERE IS $168 OF MY FUNDS THAT ARE BEING TIED UP DUE TO AN UNATHORIZED CHARGE TO MY BANK. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY. NOT TO MENTION THAT THERE IS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER LISTED ON THE COMPANY'S WEBSITE!
