I ordered 10 items on 10/12/2013 & fully paid them on 10/14/2013. They started informing me about the tracking of order on 10/14/2013. Today 11/19/2013 I received a package with 2 correct items of my order, another item, which I suppose is my free gift, and a note that said the following:
"Dear Friend,
We have only sent part of your order because some other items are on backorder. But don't worry, we will ship out the remaining items for you as soon as they come back in stock. If you have any questions, you are free to contact us. You may call us or reach the email address on our website. Tel:001-347-305-0099. If you post a positive review on our products or recommend our website to your friends, we would like to give you a $5-$10 off discount in your next order. Thanks".
The thing is that they NEVER notified me of luck of items for my order, because if they did I would have done something about it sooner. When I sent them an email asking them what is going on with my order they replied that I will receive my order from China and didn't mention any items on backorder.
