Xue Heu is continuing to misrepresent and defraud people of money by indicating he is buying deeds from people in pre foreclosure status with equity in their homes. He explains he will flip the house for quick profit and pay huge returns to the investors. This is not reality. Reality is he will take your money and not return phone calls or text messages. DON'T be fooled by his scam Read the history on this guy. Not good.
