I tried to order three bottles of the garcinia cambogia, I selected three bottles. It gave me a price of $98.00 then proceeded to bombard me with additional offers I did not want. I continued to select "no thanks" - then it got to last screen and said congratulations! Your order for eight bottles of garcinia cambogia is on the way for a total of $248.00. There was no way to go back. I immediately called the 800 number listed and waited on hold for over twenty minutes with no person ever coming to the phone. It gave an option to press 1 for a call back, I pressed 1 and nothing would happen. I called back about 1/2 hour later...same thing. I then went to customer support on website and submitted the problem and asked them to immediately correct my order. No response. I again tried to call the next day - same thing, no answer. I tried to submit another support message - same thing, no answer. I ended up sending over six messages with no response. They immediately debited my account for $248.00 on the day it was ordered. I finally received an auto response three days later stating "sorry, your order has already shipped so we can not cancel nor give you a refund". We can offer you a 50% discount and you can keep the order. It is now five days later, the shipping tracking number they gave is not recognized with UPS mail innovations and there has been no refund/discount given to my account.. They have a "live chat line" that has been "off line" every time you go on their website. No one will respond except computer generated auto-responses. It is seemingly one big fraud and I am out $248.00.
