My husband was contacted by email saying he had been approved for a loan of $5000. We were then contacted by phone. The person we talked to on the phone said her name was Erin Roberts at extention 220. We were told by this woman that we would have to pay 484 dollars up front because of our credit score. Then she emailed us the loan documents. I still have them. We sent the money western union which cost us an extra 40 dollars. She told us to call her back within 2 hours and she would know exactly when our money would be in the bank. Next thing we know Mike from Customer Service calls and says that we have to have the optional insurance which that would of been an extra 750 dollars on our part because supposedly they tried to tell us that the lender agreed to pay half of it. We told them we didn't have that kind of money, and we wanted the money back that we had sent them. He ended up telling my husband that it would take 15 to 30 days to get out money back. Then he hung up. My husband called back and told them that we had sent them every last penny we had at the time, and he said that didn't matter, his companies policy says 15 to 30 days. Well we tried to contact them again and the number just kept ringing busy. Now when you try to call it, it says it's not a working number. I just can't believe there are people so desperate for money out there that they have to basically steal from people who work their butts off for their money.
