I purchased Ultimate Hip Bursitis Remedy on an offer of BOGO with Guarantee, on Nov. 1, 2013, but have never received my order. My credit card was already charged, but no product and no way to contact because apparently he is the only employee. No contact by phone ("please don't leave a message), no contact by email either. I'm thinking this is a scam. I will contact my credit card company to dispute charge. I have enough employees!!!
