My daughter saw an advert offering a free trial of pure garcinia cambogia and it stated she had to only pay $4.95 postage. However nearly $200 was taken from her account. I have tried various attempts to contact the company but nothing has been successful. No one is returning emails and the phone lines are disconnected.
The advert that she saw was on Twitter but it was removed within a week and the link was unsuccessful at reaching the company.
I would appreciate any help that you could give us regarding this matter.

- I had the same thing happen. When I contacted them on the number they gave me, they are still refusing to refund, wouldn't let me speak to a manager. All their terms and conditions are set up to suit them. I asked for a refund a few weeks ago and was told I had to wait till the product arrived. When it did and I called them again they told me it was now outside the 14 days in which I could get a refund. They billed me $159 US under the same "free trial"offer stating that their terms and conditions were that you had to cancel within 3 days (not only business days). I enquired on a Friday morning so by Monday morning they had already authorised the payment before I could attempt to contact them during business hours. I am in Australia.
