A charge was placed on my debit card for $19.95 by a company called qvcs.org. When I checked to see who that was it brings up a page that has a huge disclosure statement about how chargebacks will be prosecuted! These people should be the ones being prosecuted not law abiding citizens like myself! It says they are there 24.7.365 with customer service. But when you call, the phone rings forever. I actually let it ring for over 20 minutes on 3 different times so far today.
