I sent away for a skincare product and was sent 2 small boxes 1 had day/night serum and the other a type of cream. I tried it and felt that it did not do anything for me after a few days. I went to check on my balance in my checking acct and found the I was charged 93.00 for an additional product that I did not order. I then went to call them and found out that you could not reach them all day today. I then went online and sent a Cancellation of the product to the via email, which is on their website. I read what all the notices stated and am very upset, I want my money back, it is for my bills. Can someone help me?
