OMG! This co is a complete SCAM. I, like many others ordered what is advertised as a FREE bottle, shipping only-- come to find out 10 days after I received the "FREE" bottle that it wasn't free after all. My CC alerted me that a charge of $88.92 had been charged by this company. I had already called the previous day b/c another company claiming to be them called me and tried to sell me a different product. I told Natural Cleanse I did not want any more of their product and to please not have other companies contact me. Here are my main issues/questions to this co:

1. Where in the main page in your advertisement does it say that I would be charged so much after only a few days?

2. How can a 14 day trial begin on the day of order when you haven't even received the product? Your own message states that it would arrive in about 3 days. This is completely illogical.

3. The advertisement states that you get a free bottle. FREE. Your company is only letting a customer try the product for about 9-10 days and then WHAM! A huge charge for one bottle. When I purchased, NO, when I accepted My FREE bottle, I did not sign up to be charged eighty eight dollars 10 days after receiving it. Had this been clear I would NOT have accepted your SO CALLED 'FREE' OFFER.

4. I went back and read over all I could find on your site today and way down in tiny little letters, under terms it states that the customer gets a 30 day supply, but can only try it for 14 days. What a SET UP! A COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM!

And the worse part is that you may actually have a good product, but your marketing strategy is shady at best, and it leaves the customer NOT wanting to EVER shop on your site again.

Now I am told I have to return what's left in the bottle. REALLY? What will you do with the pills, fill another bottle and ship it to an unsuspecting customer? After being scammed, you want me to pay for shipping for a few pills?

A very unsatisfied and angry customer.
