The company sells you an expensive health insurance €2750 and promise you full cover for new and emerging surgical procedures abroad. When you go to claim you find out that they do not cover clinial trials. Most new and emerging procedures are subject to clinical trial, so the end results is that your expensive insurance is worth nothing. Aviva is the second biggest health insurer in Ireland and it beats me how they get away with a scam like this.
