I thought I had purchased a iPod and without any authorisation they proceeded to charge my credit card to be a member I cancelled two days later and could not get the money back as they said I had bid on items. Of course I had not even gone into the website. The program had automatically done the bids for me. And now I cannot even get the iPod as they say I gave not completed a credit card authorisation grim and copy of drivers licence for their address verification, I have emailed many times with the standard reply regarding their terms and conditions.
