i didn't mean to purchase bid packs from "hotcloseout2013". they already take out 99dollars. i want to get my money back. i don't want to auction through this site. they dont' have company number or live chat. a lot of people are suffering this problem. it should be get refund to all people. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the company didn't email me back!!!
