Although the initial invoice was for $2400, we negotiated a lower price per unit for a greater quantity, this is the excuse by the scammer:
our account can't receive one payment more than $3000.
you can transfer amount $12000 by 4 times,each time $2999
This person has never sent goods to anyone who has sent money to her/him!
