I was offered a free trial (only pay postage) for Garcinia Cambogia. I was billed for the product a few days later. They billed me $159 US under a"free trial"offer stating that their terms and conditions were that you had to cancel within 3 days (not only business days). I enquired on a Friday morning so by Monday morning they had already authorised the payment before I could attempt to contact them during business hours. When I contacted them on the number they gave me, they are still refusing to refund, wouldn't let me speak to a manager. All their terms and conditions are set up to suit them. I asked for a refund a few weeks ago and was told I had to wait till the product arrived. When it did and I called them again they told me it was now outside the 14 days in which I could get a refund.
