International boundaries
Placed an order for shoes on 11/23. They ask for payment via paypal. After paying via paypal I received no notification from the company itself and immediately sent messages asking for confirmation. Have received no response. I have sent a number of messages asking to cancel my order and refund my money with nothing back. Seems like a total scam where they create paypal accounts and then pull the money out and cancel the account. I have filed a complaint with paypal but feel totally helpless and think I'm out the $62.40.
