During the payment none successful messages appeared so I did the payments again (3 times with different credit cards). Also because I didn't receive emails about the order(s). I wrote to ask explanation and to delete the first 2 payments and the sales manager told me to write to [email protected]. After his kind response I decided to do another complete order (5 hats instead of 1). I trusted him. But the lady never replied to me. So I decided to write to Italian Authorities. This morning I wrote to both e-mails informing them about my intention to denounce them . And they didn't reply.
