I would like to file a complaint against HotCloseouts2013. Nowhere on the site did it explain that I would immediately be charged $99. I was billed instantly, and when I realized it could not contact anyone. There was not a number to call or a way to speak to customer service. There was a link that said you could live chat with customer service, but this did nothing and could not be clicked on. This is such a scam, and I demand a refund!!!
