I purchased a phone case on sale on November 15, 2013 for a total of $22.94. My account was accessed by this online company and the money was successfully taken out. I live in Indiana and all of my billing information states Indiana. The company sent my purchased product to New York and then returned. It is currently in return status, but I have no information on where the product is or who I can contact to find out why it was sent to an unknown address. I would prefer a refund rather than wait any longer on any purchased product from this site.
