- I had the same issue. My bank's fraud dept gave me a phone number- 888-406-6509. I was on hold for half hour, but finally got to speak to someone and then transferred to a supervisor who finally processed a refund. GL!

- yes i will use this number thank you. My bank said your on your own. think i need to change bank,yea they did get a over draft fee.
