Same issue as most people here: placed an order for a total of $51.00. they sent a confirmation email stating the item i ordered would be available for shipping in about a month. of course they immediately charged my credit card, which is odd practice for online retail, considering most retailers, charge the credit card when the order has been filled and is shipping. i have not heard from them at all in 6 months. all emails and phone calls go unanswered.
