Purchased an IPhone 4S from this merchant. Immediately brought the phone to Apple to verify if it was in fact new, and was told it was used and previously damaged. Filed a complaint with my credit card company.Still going through the complaint process and the merchant is fighting/denying, but I am confident it will ultimately be resolved in my favor.
