I registered on hotcloseouts2013.com web site on the above date. I used the 25 free bids that were supposed to be free. The following day I received a I received a thankyou for an order of 200 bids for $99.00 that I never ordered. Have tried to contact the above twice without success.

- my bank's fraud dept gave me a phone number: 888-406-6509. ask directly for supervisor and get confirmation codes and supervisor's ID. Eventually I was able to get a refund processed. GL!
