Received a phone call from Victor Tillman with R.W. Rich and Associates. In order to receive winnings of $485,000 to be hand-delivered the following day, my spouse was told to wire $3,120 to an address in Mexico in another person's name. My husband put me on the phone to take down the information so I played along with no intention of complying with this scammer. Right now, we are out the initial $9.99 "entrance notification fee" that got this whole thing rolling. Then there's the credit union account that has to be cancelled and opened. Is that a hassle!!!
