Received a call from a so-called attorney's office (605-983-1007, I live in FL) who claimed they had an affidavit and were forwarding it to the Attorney General with regard to a payday loan I never received. "Dwayne McGuire", who had a heavy Indian accent, could not give a loan amount or date of service, only what I 'owed', which included "high interest" and "penalties" in the amount of $498.36, and the original loan amount was between $100-400. When asked to verify the loan, "Dwayne" became nasty and said wait for the police. I have good credit and have been a victim of identity theft 4, now 5, times.
