Having requested withdrawal of my funds on 13 Oct 2013, I received the following email:
"10/30/13 Binary Options | Trading Binary Options with planetOption™ | Day
Trading | Stock Options Trading | Intraday Trading | Buy Stocks

"Withdrawal Request Confirmation
Your withdrawal request has been confirmed.
Please note that processing may take up to five business days. PlanetOption
may request validation documents before the withdrawal is executed."
I have been unable to contact them on their Chat facility, and have had no reply to my email to their Customer Care address
