i recieved a phone call from my manager at work saying that these people were trying to get a hold of me. my manager told me they left a claim number and told me i needed to call them. i called them and this guy got on the phone and said i had charges against me for fraud on a payday check loan i had in 2011 and if i didnt pay they would take me to court. i got suspicious and called them back and they would not give me an address. im not paying them. they have to serve you papers first.
