Ordered 2 Sonora electric 4 wheeler's through their web site. Then called the company to confirm order and their answering machine was full. So I decided to check the company out for copliants, wish I would have done that first. Canceled the order within an hour thru their web site, no reply called several times, no reply, no call back. Sent a second cancelation thru my email, did receive a relpy email stating they would review cancelation. Charge went off my card, but a day or two later it poped back on my card again. I canceled my card, reported them to my bank. These clowns are a bunch of crooks. They need to be put out of business. I am also going to report them to the better business bureau.
