Ordered a wig from this firm, it arrived and was totally different to what was shown, really terrible and way too small. Sent back to the firm at a Portsmouth address by recorded delivery. Contacted paypal, who contacted the firm. No word back from them,. spoke to paypal and bank who both refuse to give me back a refund. I am in total £81.95 out of pocket.
