This scam took the form of a "gift" offer in reponse to a customer service survey I completed after clicking the "shop" link on the Body Shop website, a company that I had ordered products from in the past. The survey inquired about my shopping experience, past and anticipated future with the Body Shop. After completion, I was offered "free products" with just the cost of shipping. I made sure not to select other offered options and received an e-mail confirmation that my credit card would be charged only $2.95. But when I saw my statement I was charged $159 charge to my account. I had already told them I am not interested in any future orders. This is a fraud and I am still checking with Bank and customer care.Any help is much appreciated.
