I was shopping online and received a window stating that I was a *winner* and was going to receive a FREE bottle of the Pure Garcinia Camboga and ONLY pay $2.95 for shipping. I found out an UNAUTHORIZED charge in the amount of $159.00 was charged to my credit card on 11/22/13. I called the company where I was given the run around, telling me NO refund, NO return and they spoke very poor English. I have called OVER 2 dozen times, they ALWAYS hang up on me now...after the first few calls where they actually spoke with me. I am DISTRAUGHT!!! I could NOT afford this and I had to CANCEL my credit card and be issued a new one as to NOT run the risk of them stealing anymore of my money! My credit card company has attempted to speak with this company in reference to the fraud and the company refuses to speak with them as well! PLEASE help me get my money back PLEASE!!!

- From my experience with this company, if you report the transaction as fraud, they escalate it to their billing department and either issue a refund or contact your bank to file a fraud claim. I would call and ask the company to escalate your account to the billing department to look into the fraud and refund.

I am sorry to say that they have NOT been willing to do ANYTHING but argue, and hang up! They state that this was a legitimate sale and they are refusing to issue a refund OR allow the 2 bottle to be returned to them for a full refund! It has been a horrible situation!

- As a matter of fact...whenever I *DO* call them at (866)963-8145 as i just did RIGHT NOW...AGAIN...they tell me no return, no refund, to bad and hang up on me! I have been calling them AT THAT VERY NUMBER since the VERY DAY THE 2 BOTTLES ARRIVED IN MY MAILBOX! They CLAIMED they were going to email me an *RMA* and a RETURN AUTHORIZATION that DAY...it NEVER came, not in my mailbox (email) OR in my Junk email box...I have called and called and CALLED for weeks! THIS WAS FRAUD!!! I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
