They closed my account with any information and lost 831$ in on day only, has my gold deal was on platform as the expired date was 27/1/14. and they closed before it... without any concern now they are delaying to talk to me... All the representative are saying Account manager will call you after calling 5 to 7 on daily basis but no use as there was no reply from there end...
