Telephoned via my cell at 1140am on todays date. Woman called claire said she was checking my google entry for the coming year. She went through all my company details and said she would put me on the first page of google. I asked if this was free and she said NO it will cost you 199.00 for the year. This was the first I had been told about any charge. When I called back and complained she became insolent and when I suggested legal action to stop this forced selling activity she rudely said "you can take it where you like". The attitude was arrogant and the worst customer service I have experienced in many years. This company are "conning" people into giving their personal details by saying they are checking the entry for google when in fact they have no more connection with google than my own SEO provider. They need to be stopped this activity immediately
