I ordered from this website on black friday 2013. The description said authentic UGG boots, but they are completely fake. The minute I opened the box I knew something was wrong because I own a REAL pair of UGGs. The materials are fake. The fur falls out of the boots. You can see all the imperfections in the detailing and the soles feel like cardboard. I emailed the customer service stating I wanted a refund and that I knew the materials were fake, but they just replied with a tracking number and stated boots are on the way and they hoped I got them soon. They didn't say anything about giving me a refund or correcting the situation. I am very unhappy with this purchase. I even contacted UGG and gave them the website and they said they had no record of this vendor, which means they are counterfeit. UGG customer service said they have problems with a lot of counterfeit sites selling fake UGG boots....DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
