I was charged on my credit card for the above amount for a one yr subscription to their backup service at a special discount rate. I used the service one time and backed up my computer to it on 12/3/2013. I have received a notice from them that my account is canceled and I must reactivate by paying again to access my files. My subscription was dated 11/28/2013 thru 11/28/2014. They are trying to get more money from me and I can not get my files back from them. Has anyone else experienced this?
