I ordered the free trial on 11/26 and received it in about 5 days and all was great. Then on 12/16 I was charged 74.99 and I had not given permission for this withdraw. I have tired to call and was put on hold then hung up on and I have emailed with no response. The only contact I have had is a email telling me i am a valued customer and they will get back to me.
