My company (_________ Language School) had discussions with a sales rep from this company about possibly leasing a photocopy machine. We NEVER told them we were moving forward with the deal nor did we fill out a contract or credit application.

Am overly zealous sales rep had the company submit a Credit Application in our name with Wells Fargo Bank. We did not authorize this credit check or application and they submitted our DBA name, not even our corporate and legal name.

This company requested credit for us, acting us us, with Wells Fargo. They may have committed or tried to Identity Theft and possibly Credit Fraud.

I received a "rejection letter" from Wells Fargo... for credit that I never requested.

When I called BESCO and talked with one of their managers named Tom, he ended up hanging up on me when I told him "I didn't understand" what he meant.

The owner had the sales rep call back and state it was only a "form letter".

This company seems to have gone out of its way to hurt my company and its credit record. They may have even tried to obtain credit illegally using my company name.

The lack of business ethics is deplorable and reprehensible manner, On on top of this, they hung up on me and the owner had the sales rep call me back and lie.

My company has great credit references with suppliers and vendors we work with. As a small company, earning and maintaining a good credit record is critical. They may have hurt this with their scummy unethical behavior.
