I sent for the trial pack thinking that I'll give them a try and if they work I'll buy them, I failed to realise that there was a period of trial this wasn't made clear on the Web Page. As I placed the order for the trial packs on 30th November the trial apparently finished on the 14th December. My account was debited for £184,00 on the 16th December 2013. They say in there cancellation response "You are charged for the trial shipment that you failed to cancel and not for a new shipment WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING ANY REIMBURSEMENTS. meaning that the trial package that I thought I had purchased was £184.00 for 120 Capsules.
I am 85 years old, I am unable to write off that sort of expense BUT it appears that I have to do just that. Happy christmas everyone.
