every time I try to use my computer after he cleaned it I get a box up that ask if I want to get secure or unsecure, and it takes forever for it to go away after I click on secure only. Takes longer for me to get my bank statement up than it did before cleaning,which is secure. Also have a pending amount and also an amount paid for $450 dollars on a 5 year repair setup.
