I purchased a camera product from this company in October of 2013. When I received the product it was not the quality advertised on their website, nor did it work properly. I requested a refund and after about a dozen emails back and forth ignoring my refund request, I agreed to return the product in exchange for what they said was their best product. I had to pay an additional $50 to ship the first camera back to them. A few weeks later I received their so called "best product" and found it to be sub par once again and it did not work at all. I requested a refund again and after some back and forth they finally agreed to give me a refund. I sent the product back, again at my own expense. More than twice the time the post guaranteed deliver has passed and Omejo still say they have not received the product I returned and refuse to process my refund. This company should be blacklisted from selling products online as their product is inferior to what they advertise and their customer service is shady. Avoid Omejo.com at all costs!
